I've been Natural bodybuilding since 2008 and went professional in August 2013. I've won many awards, medals. throughout child and adulthood I've played many sports throughout my life, such as semi-pro football, basketball, wrestled in high school, kickboxing and did a little track. I've been a personal trainer for about little over 20 years now, which I have a NGA certification. My main goal is to teach and coach clients on how they can achieve a healthy lifestyle that is done through not only exercise but feeling good and staying fit. I always had a passion helping others specially when I started my fitness journey and became a personal trainer I wanted to share and give others the opportunity to live a healthier lifestyle, become the best version of themselves. Being able to motivate, coach and to see my clients give 100% and don't give up stay consistent that's what drives me. When they achieve their goals it make me so excited for them. I tell all of my clients I'm not happy until you’re happy I would do whatever it takes take make sure each and everyone of them never be disappointed I’m always in their corner I will never give up on them. The best part about training clients is the relationship you build for a lifetime is so amazing.
